She’s a beauty. I can’t believe you are going to convert to fixed though! Some bikes should just not go there and this is one of them! I love the colour and style of this bike.

Good looking bike this Italian Roadie, even as a single speed

Some bike are indeed born legendary and making it fixed only conforms to some sort of modern hipster thang that just conforms to some sort of lemming drive.

Original Campy with Delta brakes do look to seem at home on this frame.
Those delta brakes are indeed amazing and very heavy

I have a FMoser with the Campy road setup that there is no way I will convert it to any flat bar or single speed, or (gasp) a fixie. it would just be an injustice.

Yeah don’t do it! Leave it as a roadie! Looks amazing! I converted my dad’s old roadie to a single speed chainring with just the 6 speed cog, and I don’ regret it for a second. It’s a great bike. http://bit.ly/19PTWf

This bike is fantastic, please don’t take it down that “fixie” road. Consider preserving this Italian Roadie, even with the Dura-Ace - love that colour scheme too.
